I believe very strongly that all individuals deserve kind, compassionate and equitable care. I truly believe that as a medical professional that it is my responsibility, and honor, to advocate for individuals who may not be able to do so for themselves. Caring for youth has been one of the greatest pleasures in my work as a nurse and nurse practitioner. I love the energy and honesty that young people bring to a visit.

As emergency medicine includes all patient from birth to old age I naturally wanted to join the adolescent care team with Boulder. Going the extra mile for my younger patients feels very important to me as I know navigating the world and the health care system as a teen or young adult can be really challenging.
Our mission is to improve the lives of people with substance use disorders. We provide medication, resources, and support to help our patients succeed on their own terms, wherever they are.
