Aleisha Orr, MSN, FNP-C, CARN-AP, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and addiction medicine specialist with more than a decade of experience in substance use disorder treatment, integrated healthcare delivery, and telehealth innovation. A graduate of Georgetown University and recipient of the Erin Leigh Boyle Fellowship, Aleisha has dedicated her career to expanding access to compassionate, evidence-based care for underserved and vulnerable populations.
Her clinical expertise includes Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAUD/MOUD), medically managed withdrawal support, chronic disease management, and multidisciplinary care coordination. Throughout her career, she has served in leadership and clinical roles across urgent care, value-based primary care, home-based medicine, and multi-state substance use disorder treatment programs. She is passionate about leveraging telehealth to improve patient outcomes and reduce barriers to treatment for individuals affected by addiction.
In addition to her clinical work, Aleisha serves as President of the Flint Chapter of the Michigan Council of Nurse Practitioners (MICNP), where she actively advocates for healthcare policy advancement and the nurse practitioner profession. She lives in Michigan and is a proud mom of six children. Deeply committed to her local community, she also serves as Secretary of the Flushing Athletic Boosters and Head Varsity Cheerleading Coach at Flushing High School, where she mentors student-athletes and helps foster a culture of leadership, teamwork, and resilience.
