Oregon's largest nongovernmental naloxone distribution program

Project RED, operated by the Alano Club of Portland, distributes naloxone, provides overdose response training, runs a mail-order naloxone program, and supports more than 200 organizations across Oregon. It reaches people in rural and underserved communities where help can be especially difficult to find.
